As a district employee, you are not required to complete all of the tabs on the online application (Reference, Insert, and Upload tabs are not required).
Please review the following information for the required tabs and then proceed to the Online Application by clicking the BEGIN Icon at the bottom of the page.

Preference Tab

Select the appropriate "Employment Type" (Certified or Classified). For Administrative positions, select Certified.

In the box labeled "Applicant Comment," type in TRANSFER REQUEST and a brief summary of why you are interested in the position(s).

Do not select any preferences listed under "Prioritize Position/Assignment Interest."

Click on "Save Preferences."

Skills Tab (if applicable)

Submit Application Tab

Mark yes for question 7, and type TRANSFER REQUEST in the box.

Type YES (in all caps) in the box at the bottom of the page.

Press the Confirm Disclosure Statement button to submit your request.
How to apply for a specific open position:

Login as a registered user.

Click on the "My Positions" tab (located on the top menu bar) and select the appropriate positions tab - Certificated, Classified, or Administrative.

Click on Position title to review job description and qualifications.

Click on Job number to review details (i.e. FTE/hours).

Click on Apply for the position(s) in which you are interested.

Click on the "Positions Applied" tab to view the position(s) you have selected.
HELP is available on all screens. Look for the word HELP or the Question Mark Icon.
Click on either for assistance.
