Open Jobs

View and Apply for Open Jobs

This screen is used to provide information regarding all current Open Jobs in the District. From this screen you are only able to view information about position openings. If you are interested in applying for a specific open position you are required to be an active online applicant. If you have not done so, click on Online Application and complete the Registration process; then enter the system as a Registered User and complete your application information.  Once you are logged into your application you may click on OPEN JOBS to again view the Open Positions, and from there you will also see an Apply option that allows you to submit your application for any specific open position.

To review information about position openings from this screen, press the desired heading for the list of either Certificated, Classified or Administrative jobs. When each list is viewed the following options are available:

• Job - This is a number assigned by the district to this open position. By clicking on this number you are also able to view a Job Detail screen that provides other important information about this job (Hours per Day, Days Per Year, Employment Type, Additional Job Information, Additional Qualifications statement).
• Position - This provides the title for the open position. By clicking on the position title you are able to view a description of the job as provided by the district. If a position description is not available for a specific job that message will also be provided to you.
• Location - This specifies the location or locations for the open position.
• Hours/Day- This is the planned hours per day for this position.
• FTE - This is the planned FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) for this position.
• Closing Date - This is the date the position is due to close. This may also state "open until filled".

Note: Once you enter the application system, be sure to click on each tab in the system, enter your data and SAVE that information. You must complete the SUBMIT APPLICATION tab, which will require you to respond to certain background/disclosure questions, or your application may not be considered by the District. You may also click on OPEN JOBS at any time to view a list of open positions and apply for specific vacancies.
